Here is my meal plan for the week. My son was thrilled about the waffles last week so I'm doing them again because a waffle maker = quick and easy. We didn't make the orange chicken yet from last week so maybe it will get cooked this week.
Breakfasts- yogurt, breakfast cookies, and/or strawberry fig bars.
Lunches - leftovers and oatmeal.
Food and Fitness Goals:
- Attempt to keep track of meals consumed especially when the meal plan doesn't work out for whatever reason.
- Keep track of my steps taken each day.
- Drink at least 64oz of water.
- Use my under-the-desk exercise bike Monday-Friday. (this thing is pretty cool! I can burn calories while sitting at my desk all day. My boss ended up getting one to use when watching TV.)
- Use my stationary bike for at least 30 minutes twice this week. The exact model I have isn't available, but this one is very similar. I like to ride this while watching a show, reading a book or Kindle, or listening to music.
